I am a science geek and I love to stay on top of some of the latest research -no matter how controversial it may be. On these pages you will find a small selection of some of the literature I’m reading right now. I like to critically appraise evidence and individualise it when helping clients. I provide a short commentary followed by a link through to the study. I choose studies and articles that you can access yourself so you can read the papers in more detail if you would like to and make up your own mind. Sometimes, I’ll curate reviews and analysis of research by some of my favourite functional medical doctors and other specialists.
